In these most unusual times seen in the financial markets let's remember KISS---keep it simple, stupid.

Four Simple Solutions to ignite a financial rally.

 

1)  Release oil from the strategic reserves.  Even though gas prices are falling, help all Americans and the poor especially.  The difference we save at the pump will buy other things and Pump Up the economy, as well as, consumer confidence!  Particularly important going into the Christmas season.

 

2)  Re-instate the "uptick" rule on Wall Street.  It was beautiful for 75 years, and what has happened in the 15 months since it was thrown into the dust bin?  I rest my case.  Return to the "uptick" rule and thrive.  The market will go up---not everyday, but consistently and effectively to rebuild our wealth.  Hedge funds lived before the rule, they can live after the rule, but their undue and unfair advantage will be neutralized.

 

3)  Live with what our government has delivered unto us in the bailout package----BUT rip out the cause of the infection, let us rid ourselves of the cancer that Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton implanted into our economy and the likes of Barney Franks, Chris Dodd, and other Democrats fed until it became the beast that devoured the nest eggs of hard working taxpaying citizens across the land.  Kill the beast (or defeat the far-left Democrats, or do both) before it eats us again.

 

4)  Show leadership in the world.  Accumulate the world's wise, but devise American solutions because only that will lift the worldwide tides.
